SMS Notifications Policy

Premium tier only. SMS traffic alerts notify you of significant delays on your route to bookings. Messages are sent only when traffic delays exceed 15 minutes compared to normal travel time.

Email Notifications Policy

All tiers. We send transactional emails for account management and billing events. Marketing emails are opt-in only.

Transactional Emails (cannot be disabled):

Trial reminders (day 7 and day 13)
Payment receipts and failure notifications
Subscription changes (upgrades, downgrades, cancellations)
Data retention warnings (30 days before deletion)
Account suspension and deletion warnings

Data Retention Policy

Your data retention period depends on your subscription tier:

Basic: 13 months of booking and tax data
Premium: 6 years of booking and tax data

We send email warnings 30 days before data deletion. You can export your data at any time from the settings page.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

14-day free trial with no credit card required
Monthly billing on the anniversary of your trial end date
Cancel anytime - access continues until end of billing period
Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing
Downgrades take effect at next billing cycle
Failed payments result in immediate account suspension
Data deleted 30 days after suspension unless reactivated
